Vehicle stopped in Craven Arms

Craven Arms safer neighbourhood team have been out today and spotted this vehicle pulling a dangerously loaded trailer.

There were two hay bails on the back of the trailer, neither were secured in any way. These hay bails can way up to 300kg and would be a serious hazard on the road if they were to come off whilst in transit.

On this occasion we have given the driver a traffic offence report (TOR) for the offence of having an insecure load and made to rectify the issue before they were allowed to carry on their journey.

If you see anything you think is dangerous whilst on the road, please report it to us on 999 or 101 so we can keep the highways safe.
